生物方向岗位岗位要求:
1.PhD in cancer biology or related area, the doctoral degree obtained within 3 years.
2.Be under the age of 35 and physically adequate.
3.Expertise in DNA and protein biology (including work on oncogene proteins and transcription factors) is preferred.
4.Strong background and working knowledge of basic molecular and cellular biology techniques such as cell culture, cloning, real-time PCR and western blotting.
5.Any experience with animal modeling, analyses of human clinical samples, is highly desirable.
6.Experience in drug development, mechanisms and interactions.
7.A proven track record in the form of publications in international English language journals
8.Ability to communicate in written and spoken English.
化学方向岗位岗位要求:
1.Ph.D. degree in organic chemistry, organometallic chemistry, catalysis, bio-catalysis or other related education background. Strong research experience in late-stage functionalization, high-throughput experimentation, enzyme catalysis and photochemical catalysis is preferred.
2.Candidates who have experiences in drug discovery and development are highly preferred, including but not limited to drug synthetic route design, computational chemistry for designing of biological active molecules.
3.Self motivator, capability in carrying out independent research work and with good publish track record in the related fields.
4.With enthusiasm for scientific research; Strong interpersonal & communication skills, English stills a plus.

1.Besides competitive compensation, postdoc can obtain application-based living subsidies of 180,000 RMB per year provided by Shenzhen government.
2.Qualified postdoc can also obtain 100,000 RMB per year according to Fenji Postdoctoral Program of SZBL.
3.After leaving SZBL, postdocs can apply for research grants of 300,000 RMB in total for three years if they continue to conduct scientific research in Shenzhen and when the related application requirements are met. Also, qualified postdocs are encouraged to apply for Shenzhen Bay Fellow to receive corresponding benefits based on specific application requirements.
4.When the postdoc program ends, postdocs who decide to stay in SZBL can obtain application-based living subsidies of 300,000 RMB provided by Guangming District.

课题组介绍
孙勇奎院士,医药健康技术与工程研究所召集人之一,美国国家工程院院士,原力生命科学有限公司的创始人之一。1977年,恢复高考那年,孙院士考入厦门大学,并获得学士及硕士学位;在美国加州理工学院,取得博士学位。毕业后,孙院士在默克、默沙东连续工作二十余载,拥有非常丰富的药物研发经验,曾两次获得美国绿色化学总统奖。其在默沙东工作期间创立的默沙东催化实验室,至今仍是世界上最具有影响力的催化实验室之一。目前,由他创办的公司融资金额已超过10亿元。
课题组主要研究方向包括:
抗肿瘤新药研发,包括寻找靶点、合成催化、临床评价等。
